1. An apparatus for increasing the visibility of an aircraft winglet comprising:
(a) a saddle piece configured to lit on top of a winglet, the saddle piece comprising a horizontal strap configured to fit around a trailing edge of the winglet when the saddle piece is installed on the winglet; (b) an anchor member comprising a horizontal strap configured to fit around a trailing edge of the winglet when the anchor member is installed on the winglet; and (c) an adjustable strap connecting the saddle piece to the anchor member; wherein the anchor member is situated on the winglet a certain distance below the saddle piece, wherein there is a vertical distance between the saddle piece and the anchor member, and wherein the adjustable strap adjusts the vertical distance between the saddle piece and the anchor member.
