Machining grooves (34, 35) are formed, in particular on the latch surface (13) thereof, after stamping the pawl (5). Defined shapes of oblique channels (18, 19) and/or machining grooves (34, 35) are produced, for example, by milling out the machining grooves (34, 35). The oblique machining grooves (34, 35) are produced at a defined angle and guarantee that the straight channels (17) on the rotary latch (2) only have a few overlapping points with the oblique grooves (34, 35), if both locking parts (30, 31) come into contact with each other.
