Methods of using nesprin-2 modulators to impart anti-aging benefits to the skin and/or improve skin conditions. The present invention relates generally to compositions for topical application to the skin which comprise at least one Nesprin-2 modulator and the use of such compositions to provide benefits to the skin, in particular, improving the condition and appearance of skin affected by aging and/or photoaging.
