The present invention relates to functional fermented kudzu juice using Lactobacillus helveticus HY7801 and products containing the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the functional fermented kudzu juice, which is fermented by the Lactobacillus helveticus HY7801, has an immune-boosting activity by inducing the production of TNF-alpha, an immune marker, in mouse macrophages, an immune-controlling activity of suppressing NO(Nitric oxide) generation and anti-oxidative and anti-arteriosclerosis activities, thereby being able to be widely used as an active ingredient in pharmaceutical compositions, fermented milk, beverages, health functional foods and fermented products. |
