<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide identification of a further disease capable of being cured with a JNK inhibitor peptide and use of a new JNK inhibitor peptide and a derivative thereof for therapy of the above-mentioned diseases and a disease unknown or already-known to be strongly related to JNK signal transmission.SOLUTION: For therapy of various diseases or disorders strongly related to JNK signal transmission, a protein kinase inhibitor, specifically a protein kinase c-Jun amino-terminal kinase inhibitor, a JNK inhibitor sequence, a chimeric peptide or a nucleic acid coding this, and a medicinal composition containing this are used. The diseases or disorders are selected from autoimmune diseases, cardiac diseases, cancer diseases, diabetes (including Type 1 or 2 diabete), inflammatory diseases, alopecia (including alopecia areata), lung diseases, neurologic diseases or neurodegenerative diseases, liver diseases, spinal diseases, uterus diseases, virus infection, and depression.</p> |
