BOUNDARY WALL STRUCTURE OF CONTINUOUS HOUSE, AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING SAME

In order to impart high flame resistance and to increase the rate of industrialization of construction, this boundary wall structure in a continuous house is a mixture of a concrete-based structure and a steel frame structure, in which the pillars and beams are steel structures and the boundary wall (10) is concrete-based. Multiple boundary wall steel pillars (1) are arranged along both sides of the boundary wall (10). The boundary wall steel pillars (1) on both sides of the boundary wall (10) are in the same positions in the width direction of the boundary wall (10). This method of constructing boundary walls involves an assembly step for assembling the multiple boundary wall steel pillars (1) which become the pillars positioned along both surfaces of the boundary wall (10), a step for pairing formworks (4) of the boundary wall (1) by fixing fixed-form formwork members (4a) to the boundary wall steel pillars (1) adjacent in the boundary wall width direction, a step for pouring the boundary wall concrete material into the formworks (4), and a step for removing the formwork members (4a) after curing the concrete.
