<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and methods that facilitate determination and request of resources which a node may wish to reserve.SOLUTION: The resources include a plurality of carriers that are shared with other nodes. In an approach, the node determines a condition related to a plurality of resources; identifies a desired amount of resources from the plurality of resources on the basis of the condition; and transmits a resource utilization message (RUM) for at least one of the plurality of resources on the basis of the desired amount of resources.</p> |
