A signal detection method, and a micro base station starting method and related device and system. The signal detection method comprises: a micro base station detecting an uplink signal sent by a user terminal; and sending a detected terminal identifier of the user terminal to a macro base station to which the micro base station belongs; correspondingly, the macro base station receiving the terminal identifier of the user terminal detected by the micro base station, which is sent by the micro base station belonging to itself; and according to the received terminal identifier of the user terminal detected by the micro base station, determining whether to start the micro base station. Using the solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention reduces the power consumption of the micro base station when determining whether to start the micro base station subordinate to the macro base station, saves the power consumption of the user terminal, and avoids influencing the service quality of the service currently performed by the user terminal. |
