摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a system and method for providing explanations to study questions based on big data relevant to the information on the descriptions of explanations to study questions solved by thousands to hundreds of thousands of students, wherein a means is arranged to enable, by means of a data mining technique, a student to read various types of explanations to a study question, for which the student gave an incorrect answer but other students gave correct answers, such that the student may acquire an optimum type of explanation to the study question suitable for the study method of the student for the study question for which the student gave an incorrect answer, thus maximizing the improvement of the efficiency of providing explanations to study questions. The system and method of the present invention enable students to recognize which part of the study question was not understood by the students for the study question for which the largest number of students gave incorrect answers. The system and method of the present invention provide, in a complementary manner, questions for which students gave incorrect answers and questions for which students gave correct answers for cases in which students were not able to study a part of a whole course subject as the students did not have enough time, and thus the students could not solve the study questions, or for cases in which students could not understand the basic concept, principle, or rule of a part of a course due to the study methods of the students even though the students have studied the part of the course, and thus the students could not solve the study question, thus enabling the students to study the whole course subject in a balanced way. The system of the present invention comprises: student terminals (100) for receiving a study question and generating information on the description of the explanation to the received study question and information on the answer to the study question; and a study content providing server (200) including a study question processing engine (210) for providing the study question to the student terminals (100), receiving the information on the description of the explanation to the received study question and information on the answer to the study question from the student terminals (100), marking test papers, and generating information on the correct and incorrect answers. The study content providing server (200) further includes a correct and incorrect answer matching engine (220). The correct and incorrect answer matching engine (220) classifies information into correct answer information and incorrect answer information for each study question, by referring to the information on the correct and incorrect answers to the study question, divides the study questions of two students into a question explanation exchange group by referring to the classified correct answer information and incorrect answer information for each study question, wherein the study questions of the question explanation exchange group are configured such that the study question for which one student gave an incorrect answer receives a correct answer from the other student and the study question for which the other student gave an incorrect answer receives a correct answer from the one student. The correct and incorrect answer matching engine (220) provides the information on the description of the explanation to a study question to each student terminal (100) of the two students of the question explanation exchange group, such that the information on the description of the explanation to the study question for which one student gave an incorrect answer receives a correct answer from the other student who is provided the student terminal (100) of the one student, and the information on the description of the explanation to the study question to which the other student gave an incorrect answer receives a correct answer from the one student who is provided the student terminal (100) of the other student. The present invention also provides a method using the system.</p>
