METHOD FOR EVALUATING PATENTS BASED ON COMPLEX FACTORS

Provided is a method of evaluating a patent based on complex factors. The method may be performed by a computer and comprise: receiving an evaluation request for a specific patent from a user device; and providing an evaluation result, which is yielded for the specific patent using an evaluation engine, to the user device. The evaluation engine may include an algorithm in which two or more of the total number of claims, the number of independent claims, and the number of dependent claims are organically systematized into the complex factor. The evaluation engine may yield the evaluation result using the complex factors of the algorithm.
