A method for correcting the deviation of a transmission frequency spectrum measurement of a colour filter. By establishing standard data of a transmission frequency spectrum measurement of a colour filter, based on the established standard data, the deviation of real-time data of the transmission frequency spectrum measurement is found out, thereby realizing automatic correction of the transmission frequency spectrum measurement of the colour filter.This effectively reduces the time needed for manually performing glass transportation, data analysis and manual correction by a person, also reduces the labour intensity of the person, and improves the utilization ratio and production capacity of a machine.Further disclosed is a system for correcting the deviation of transmission frequency spectrum measurement of a colour filter.
