<p>[Problem] To reduce the number of components and to improve the operability of a piercing device (1) that can be held on the earlobe (E). [Solution] A main piercing body (2) is an integrated structure provided with a catch chamber (8) so as to reduce the number of components; a pierce holder (4) provided with a needlepoint cover (4f) for covering the needlepoint part of the piercing needle is slidably incorporated in a pierce holder chamber and is elastically moved toward the pierce holder chamber (7) while the earlobe (E) is sandwiched between the needlepoint cover (4f) and the catch chamber (8); and the piercing device (1) is held on the earlobe (E) by the resulting restoring force.</p>
