The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for fat transplantation comprising: a step for first washing of adipose tissue; a step for reacting the washed adipose tissue with protease; a step for second washing of the reactant; a step for filtering the washed reactant; a step for third washing of the filtrate; and a step for mixing the washed adipose derived stem cells with adipose tissue, and to the composition for fat transplantation prepared by the method. The composition for fat transplantation of the present invention keeps morphological and molecular biological activities for a long time after being transplanted into a recipient.
