Disclosed is a three-dimensional image modeling method capable of forming a three-dimensional image through a fluorescent signal intensity profile analysis. The three-dimensional image modeling method for the forementioned includes: a fluorescent signal obtaining step for obtaining a fluorescent signal from a fluorescent substance by radiating light which is outputted from a light source to a specimen which includes at least one fluorescent substance; a fluorescent signal intensity profile converting step for converting the obtained fluorescent signal into a fluorescent signal intensity profile; a fluorescent substance information producing step for producing the depth information, position information, and size information of the fluorescent substance which is included in the specimen by analyzing the form change of the fluorescent signal intensity profile; and a three-dimensional image forming step for forming a three-dimensional image by using the depth information, position information, and size information of the produced fluorescent substance. |
