PURPOSE: A water-soluble silicate compound powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to soften skin due to fatigue recovery and skin-moisture effect by aiding and performing the cell activation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water-soluble silicate compound powder comprises the following steps. The quartz, tourmaline, and talc are pulverized and mixed with sodium carbonate(Na2CO3). The pulverized compound is maintained at a melting furnace with 1,650 degree Celsius for 24 hour to compose silicate mixed melted compound. The residues floating on the top of the silicate compound are removed. The silicate compound with removed residue is cooled at a room temperature for 12 hours. The cooled silicate compound is pulverized to manufacture the silicate compound powder. |
