The present invention relates to microbial cellulose nanofibers using radiation irradiation and a method for manufacturing the same, includes the steps of: freeze-drying cellulose gel by microorganism metabolites of citrus pulp; irradiating the freeze-dried cellulose gel by radiation and preparing graft cellulose fibers for grafting (meth)acrylic acid; manufacturing biomolecular nanofibers for polymerizing the graft cellulose fibers and extracellular matrix proteins; and freeze-drying the biomolecular nonofibers. According to the present invention, the microbial cellulose nanofibers can be used as recycling resources of by-product and also be used for developing a biomimetic scaffold for tissue engineering, thereby obtaining enormous economical effects and exhibiting high technological value.
