The present invention relates to a portable wet-tissue cooling and heating device which comprises: a main body with a certain size; a main body cover formed at one side of the main body; and a sealing device formed at the main body cover so as to fasten the main body cover to the main body and to minimize heat loss. In addition, according to the present invention, the main body has a charging part and a battery therein so that a user can conveniently charge the portable wet-tissue cooling and heating device using an ordinary power source or a cigar jack for a vehicle; the battery can be replaced so that the user can conveniently carry and move the portable wet-tissue cooling and heating device; and the portable wet-tissue cooling and heating device has a control part so that the user can use wet tissue at a desired temperature, wherein the control part has a protection plate at the upper side thereof so that the control part can be prevented from being damaged by a cooling and heating plate which is installed at the top of the protection plate and which has a housing part installed at the top thereof and made from a high thermal conductive material. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the portable wet-tissue cooling and heating device can be formed to correspond to the size of the wet tissue on sale and can house the wet tissue without removing a wet-tissue package. |
