PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an outer wall accessory that easily achieves coating in a plurality of colors and improves manufacturing efficiency, and the outer wall accessory.SOLUTION: After an outer wall accessory is shaped by bending a flat sheet type plate material which is a rawa material for the outer wall accessory and includes an area as a decorative surface appearing in the exterior appearance of a building, the decorative surface is coated by ink jet printing using UV ink which hardens by ultraviolet irradiation and clear coating.
