PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide development of a technique to prepare an optimal number of dendritic cells for immunotherapy by proliferation of a dendritic cell or a precursor cell thereof in a test tube from a blood cell collected from a patient.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for dendritic cell transplantation therapy of the present invention comprises a dendritic cell prepared by a preparation method comprising the steps of: separating a monocyte from a hemocyte cell collected from a subject; removing a T cell from the monocyte; and culturing a remaining cell after a T cell is removed, in a medium comprising GM-CSF and SCF. In some cases, the preparation method optionally comprises a step of culturing a remaining cell after the T cell is removed, in a medium comprising GM-CSF and SCF. In some cases, the pharmaceutical composition for dendritic cell transplantation therapy of the present invention is for therapy of a cancer or infection.
