The first signal transmitter repeats signal transmission according to a predetermined format, when a signal received from the second signal transmitter changes from control information to the synchronization signal. The second signal transmitter repeats signal transmission according to a predetermined format, when a determination is made that a control command of first stage is received from the first signal transmitter. |
