PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel male and/or female dysfunction agent.SOLUTION: The invention provides use of 3-α-androstanediol and a 5-HT1A agonist in the preparation of a medicament for the on demand treatment of sexual dysfunction. The 3-α-androstanediol and 5-HT1A agonist are released at essentially the same time such that their peak effects at least partly coincide, and are released approximately 1 to 2 hours before sexual activity.
