The present invention relates to an azetidine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an antidepressant agent or a composition for the prevention or treatment of psychiatric disorders including the same. The azetidine derivative is useful as a triple reuptake inhibitor capable of inhibiting reuptake of the neurotransmitters, dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine at the same time.

A compound having the structure of Chemical Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: wherein R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group, R2 is hydrogen, a naphthyl group, a straight- or branched-chain alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, —COC6H5, or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group or benzyl group, in which one or more hydrogen atoms of the substituted phenyl group or benzyl group are each independently substituted with one selected from the group consisting of halogen, a straight- or branched-chain alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and trifluoromethoxy, R3 is a straight- or branched-chain alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a tetrazole group, a cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic compound having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, in which one or more hydrogen atoms of the substituted aromatic compound are each independently substituted with one selected from the group consisting of halogen and a straight- or branched-chain alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and X is hydrogen halide or does not exist.
