<p>The present invention relates to a warming and ventilating device for improving the flow of air to allow highly efficient driving when driving for heating, and provides a warming and ventilating device using a dual cycle heat pump, comprising: a first cycle in which a first coolant is circulated; a second cycle in which a second coolant is circulated; a heat exchange portion in which the first coolant and the second coolant separate and flow to one side and another side, respectively, and in which heat exchange takes place between the first coolant and the second coolant; an internal air circulation portion comprising an internal air aspiration portion into which the internal air is aspirated, and an internal air discharge portion from which the internal air is discharged and in which an internal air heat exchanger of the first cycle is arranged; and an external air circulation portion which is arranged in parallel with the internal air circulation portion and comprises an external air aspiration portion for aspirating external air, and an external air discharge portion from which the external air is discharged and in which an external air heat exchanger of the second cycle is arranged, wherein when external heat is absorbed from the second cycle and the first coolant is heated and delivered to the first cycle via the heat exchange portion, the second coolant is heated in the first cycle to deliver heat to the internal air which is circulated through the internal air circulation portion.</p> |
