Disclosed is an apparatus for preventing brick of blast furnace lower side wall part from accelerating abrasion capable of increasing cooling efficiency and reducing work load by calculating the thickness of inner brick of the outer cover constituting lower side wall part on real time and detecting a local abrasion generated area, intensively injecting cooling water and locally and intensively cooling the abrasion generated area, and removing the matter attached to a metal cover. The apparatus for preventing brick of blast furnace lower side wall part from accelerating abrasion includes: a plurality of track parts which are continuously arranged in the circumferential direction along the outer circumferential surface of the metal cover of the blast furnace lower side wall; a brush part removing the matter attached to the outer surface of the metal cover by having a first driving motor rotating a first driving wheel assembled in the track part so as to move along the track part, a second driving motor rotating the brush being in contacting with the outer surface of the metal cover, and a cylinder part connected with a load front end; and a cooling part cooling the metal cover with cooling water by having a fourth driving motor rotating a second driving wheel assembled in the track part so as to move along the track part and a injecting nozzle connected with the cooling water supplying line so as to inject cooling water to the metal cover. |
