PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate "idle mode cell reselection" by varying a threshold value for performing "idle mode cell reselection" between the case of RSRQ measurement for six resource blocks and the case of "wideband RSRQ measurement."SOLUTION: The mobile communication method includes a step in which a wireless base station eNB or a wireless link control station RNC broadcasts a wideband parameter in addition to an existing parameter. The wideband parameter is used when performing "idle mode cell reselection" on the basis of the results of measurement by "wideband RSRQ measurement" while the existing parameter is used when performing cell reselection on the basis of the results of RSRQ measurement for six resource blocks.
