<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength for attaching components to a substrate.SOLUTION: Each of coil cases 125 and 127 includes a support part 131 attached to a substrate 117 and a coil holding part 133 in which a coil is wound around. The support part 131 includes bolt fastening parts 137, to which bolts 138 are respectively inserted from the substrate side to fasten, at four corners and multiple joining parts 139, each of which is located between the bolt fastening parts 137 and bonded with an adhesive. Each joining part 139, fastened by the bolt fastening parts 137, forms a clearance with the substrate 117, and the adhesive is disposed in each clearance.</p> |
