PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting panel capable of suppressing reduction in numerical aperture accompanying high definition, or to provide a light-emitting panel that can be manufactured with ease.SOLUTION: A light-emitting panel comprises: a first light-emitting element and a second light-emitting element each including a layer containing a selectively formed luminescent organic compound; optical elements formed before the layer containing the luminescent organic compound is formed or so that no damage is given to the layer containing the luminescent organic compound, and to each of which light emitted from the first light-emitting element or the second light-emitting element enters; and a third light-emitting element not including the layer containing the selectively formed luminescent organic compound. In the light-emitting panel, lights having different colors are emitted respectively from the optical element and the third light-emitting element. A gap longer than a gap between the first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element is provided between the first and second light-emitting elements and the third light-emitting element.
