1. A system on chip (SOC) device comprising:
at least one stimulator, stimulator contact, or sensor configured to convert a vital sign of a user into electrical signal; memory that is configured to store the electrical signal; a SOC microprocessor unit that is configured to process and utilize the stored electrical signal in implementing a configured software program in the SOC microprocessor, the configured software program combines the stored electrical signal to produce an output signal; and an antenna that is configured to transmit the output signal of the SOC microprocessor.
