<p>Automated apparatus of laser beam welding comprising a laser head (100) configured to emit a laser beam (110), the laser head (100) being configured to be moved by a processing and control unit so as to translate over a supporting base (200; 800), having an upper surface (210; 818), whereby, when the laser head (100) emits the laser beam (110), the laser head (100) translates in a welding advance direction (500), the automated apparatus being characterised in that it further comprises a protection shoe (300), having a perforated lower plate (310), that is coupled to the laser head (100) through mechanical coupling means (410, 420, 430, 440, 441) so that, when the laser head (100) emits the laser beam (110) translating along the welding advance direction, the shoe (300) follows the laser head (100) along the welding advance direction (500), the shoe (300) being provided with an inner cavity (320) accessible from outside through at least one aperture (330) configured to introduce inert gas and closed at the bottom by the perforated lower plate (310), the inner cavity (320) housing an inner diffusion assembly, whereby when inert gas is introduced in the inner cavity (320) it spreads under at least one portion of the lower plate (310).</p> |
