PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell encapsulation film capable of improving generating efficiency of a solar cell element by including a wavelength conversion material, and sufficiently maintaining the effect that the generating efficiency is improved, even when utilizing a solar cell over a long period, and the solar cell.SOLUTION: A solar cell encapsulation film contains a resin material containing olefin (co)polymer, and a wavelength conversion material. The wavelength conversion material is europium complex having a specific structure formula, and is included in fine particles consisting of acrylic resin or is supported to fine particles, and fine particles are dispersed. A solar cell uses the solar cell encapsulation film. |
