PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted imaging/displaying device capable of reducing a difference in parallax between a photographed image of a real space and an image of a virtual object.SOLUTION: A head-mounted imaging/displaying device comprises: a pair of photographing units (18R, 18L) for stereoscopically photographing a real space, and outputting a pair of stereoscopically photographed images; and display modules (13R, 13L) for displaying an image for a right eye and an image for a left eye. A photographic parameter previously measured for the photographing units is stored in photographic parameter storage units (26R, 26L).
