1. A computer-implemented method comprising
generating, by a computer operating a calibrated and tested dynamic simulation model of at least one municipality or institution or commercial entity, first information indicative of future performance or sustainability of the municipality or institution or commercial entity according to received information indicative of one or more development projects or ongoing operations or policies of the municipality or institution or commercial entity, the first information being generated based on one or more values associated with each of one or more stocks or one or more flows associated with the municipality or institution or commercial entity; monitoring, by a computer operating the dynamic simulation model, a time evolution of values associated with each of one or more of the stocks or one or more of the flows during execution of one or more of the development projects or during the ongoing operations or policies of the municipality or institution or commercial entity; determining, by a computer operating the dynamic simulation model, a projection associated with future finances of the municipality or institution or commercial entity based on the first information indicative of future performance or sustainability and the time evolution of the values, and providing second information indicative of the projection associated with future finances to one or more actual or potential financers of the development projects or to a representative of the municipality or institution or commercial entity.
