The present invention relates to a hard coating film for substituting as tempered glass, and more specifically, to a hard coating film suitable for substituting as tempered glass, containing a polysilsesquioxane compound, a multifunctional (meth) acrylate oligomer or fluoro (meth) acrylate oligomer, and a (meth) acrylate monomer and having a hard coating layer with a thickness of 10 to 80㎛, thereby having excellent transparency and a same surface hardness as glass (a pencil hardness of at least 7H).
