<p>The connection pipe outlet section (263) of the suction muffler (26) of a hermetic compressor (10) has a connection opening (264), the upper part (264a) of which protrudes in a curved shape and the lower part (264b) of which has a rectangular shape. The suction hole (33) of the valve plate (30) of the hermetic compressor (10) is formed in such a manner that the cylinder side thereof has a closed curve shape having no recess and that the connection pipe side thereof has a shape similar to that of the connection opening (264). The valve plate (30) and the connection pipe (262) are connected to each other while the upper peripheral surface of the connection opening (264) of the connection pipe outlet section (263) and the upper peripheral surface of the suction opening (33) are made to correspond to each other.</p> |
