摘要 The present invention relates to a customer management system connected with a phone call and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a customer management system connected with a phone call and a method thereof capable of efficiently managing a customer by displaying user input information which is inputted by a user on a screen according to the phone call of the customer by being connected with the customer and information which is automatically generated from the communication with the customer. The present invention is able to: increase the efficiency of a customer reception by grasping a relation with a customer in advance by providing a communication history about the customer who corresponds to an activated phone call channel in order to check the communication history on a call-related screen which includes screens of receiving, transmitting, and having a call in advance; and remarkably improve the work convenience and efficiency of a customer management by providing the communication history which is generated in the relation with the customer by automatically sorting the communication history. The present invention is able to: increase communication efficiency with a customer by easily checking various kinds of information which are inputted by a user and are generated from a relation with the customer on a screen by providing the various kinds of information with the communication history; and remarkably improve the efficiency of a customer management by easily grasping customers in advance even through the number of managed customers is considerable.
