摘要 The present invention relates to a smart TV with motion sensing and emotional advertising functions. The present invention includes: a broadcast content processing module which prepares the display of broadcast content in the streaming way of a frame unit by receiving advertisement tag content and the broadcast content, which are packetized, from a broadcast content server through a broadcast communication network and separating the advertisement tag content from the broadcast content in order to display the broadcast content in the streaming way of a broadcast transmission frame unit; an implicit advertisement displaying module which displays an implicit indicator for an advertisement object, which is matched with each of tag data included in the advertisement tag content before an explicit advertisement conversion request of a user, on an output unit for the broadcast content in the steaming way of the frame unit; and a user sensing module which displays the broadcast content on the output unit by determining a selection signal for an advertisement object which is formed in a selected area and extracting advertisement detail information which is included in the tag data for the selected advertisement object in case image information, which is obtained through a camera unit which is included in an input interface after being converted to an explicit advertisement, is determined that the selected area for one of advertisement objects is indicated as a motion of multiple types of motion pattern information.
