PURPOSE: A semi-conductive composition is provided to able to prevent degradation of lightning voltage breaking performance according to accumulation of space voltage in a semi-conductive layer of a high voltage DC power cable by comprising a nucleating agent. CONSTITUTION: A semi-conductive composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of base resin, 1-20 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes, 1-10 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes dispersant, 0.1-2 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts by weight of nucleating agent, 0.1-2 parts by weight of processing aide, and 0.1-2 parts by weight of processing acid. The base resin consists of polyethylene, polyethylene derivative, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, or a mixture thereof. The resin composition additionally comprises 1-20 parts by weight of carbon black.
