-9 A carrier for an elongated sports bag or tool bag which is mountable on the hitch bracket of a vehicle with a baseplate for clamping to the hitch and a mast extending uprightly 5 from the baseplate. The mast carries at its lower end a pair of bags supporting pans for receiving one end of a bag. At its upper end the mast carries a bracket which supports a registration plate and a pair of straps for encircling the upper end of each bag. The pans fold to lie alongside the mast when the mast is removed for storage. |
