PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a nanofiber structure capable of being mass produced without using an organic solvent to eliminate the danger of explosion, and to provide a nanofiber structure produced by the production method.SOLUTION: There is provided a Melt ESD system which includes: applying heat to a thermoplastic polymer to make it into a swollen state to produce a molten polymer; and producing nanofibers from the molten polymer by using high-speed air and an electric charge. Further, a nanofiber structure having functions of a thermal insulation material, a sound absorption material, an oil-water separation filter or a decontamination filter is formed by the Melt ESD system. |
