Disclosed are a waterproof sound transmitting sheet, the thickness of which can be easily adjusted, having improved sound transmitting efficiency and further improved waterproofness, and a technique for a method for producing same. To this end, the waterproof sound transmitting sheet of the present invention is attached to an acoustic hole of a case, and comprises: a support layer which is formed of a film-type porous member and which is formed inside the case; and a waterproof layer formed on one side of the support layer, formed into a porous nanoweb in which a plurality of strands of fine fibers are cross-stacked into a layer, and exposed outwardly from the case.
