PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automotive antenna unit that permits a plate-shaped antenna to be reliably and firmly fixed by a simple process despite a shape designed to hardly cause a reactive capacitance against a roof of an automobile.SOLUTION: A perpendicular substrate antenna is fixed perpendicularly on an upper surface of a baseplate. Antenna patterns are formed and a coil is mounted on surfaces of the perpendicular substrate antenna. A plate-shaped antenna 8 is attached to an upper edge of the perpendicular substrate antenna. The plate-shaped antenna 8 is so constructed that a pair of flat plates 81, 82 are connected via clip parts, and abutting arms 93, 94, 62, 64 adapted to abut the surfaces of the perpendicular substrate antenna and engaging arms 96, 97, 61, 63 adapted to pass through the perpendicular substrate antenna and abut the opposite surfaces project from lower ends of the flat plates 81, 82, respectively. |
