PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modifying means of a new resin excellent in elasticity modulus (rigidity), heat resistance, toughness and impact resistance and excellent in elasticity modulus (rigidity) under a heat environment and under a wet heat environment and having good balance among these properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a fine polymer dispersed resin composition which contains 100 pts.wt. of a resin and 0.1 pts.wt. to 150 pts.wt. of polymer fine particles having a crosslinked polymer layer and a covering polymer layer, wherein the crosslinked polymer layer has at least two layers of a crosslinked hard layer having a Tg of 120°C or more and a rubber layer having a Tg of less than 0°C and 60 pts.wt. to 99 pts.wt. of the crosslinked hard layer and 40 pts.wt. to 1 pt.wt. of the rubber layer are contained in the 100 pts.wt. of the crosslinked polymer layer. |
