<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-heterostructure comprising a matrix composed of an inorganic component, in which another inorganic component is arranged with a three-dimensional specific nanoscale periodicity in a spherical shape, in a columnar shape, or in a gyroidal shape.SOLUTION: A nano-heterostructure is constituted of a first inorganic component and a second inorganic component of which one component is a matrix, and another component is three-dimensionally and periodically arranged in the matrix. The inorganic component which is three-dimensionally and periodically arranged in the matrix has a shape selected from a group consisting of a spherical shape, a columnar shape, and a gyroidal shape, and the nano-heterostructure has a three-dimensional periodic structure of which an average value of length of one unit of a repeated structure is 1-100 nm.</p> |
