<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve memory efficiency and calculation efficiency of conversion used in super resolution, quality improvement, noise elimination, flicker reduction, and compaction of an image/video system.SOLUTION: A present input frame 110 is received as input to a module 120 for converting a weight adaptive overcomplete order. The module 120 for converting the weight adaptive overcomplete order executes weight adaptive overcomplete order conversion with respect to the input frame 110 and outputs a conversion coefficient 125. The conversion coefficient 125 is received as input to a signal processing module 130. The signal processing module 130 executes one or more data processing operations with respect to the conversion coefficent 125. The processed conversion coefficient 135 is outputted by the signal processing module 130 and is received as input to a module 140 for inverse transformation of weight adaptive overcompleteness. The module 140 for inverse transformation of weight adaptive overcompleteness executes the inverse transformation of weight adaptive overcompleteness with respect to the processed conversion coefficent 135, and generates a present output frame 150 as output.</p> |
