1. An apparatus controlling a coolant temperature of a fuel cell system, the apparatus comprising:
a valve installed in a coolant line to provide a flow path for coolant; a fuel cell controller configured to variably control a target stack inlet coolant temperature based on a control factor; and a controller configured to receive a control signal from the fuel cell controller and control the valve based on the control signal; wherein an operation temperature of the fuel cell system is controlled through a multi-point temperature control based on power of a vehicle and an outdoor temperature for each season to improve fuel efficiency.
