摘要 The present invention relates to a microform factor photoelectric module of an electronic device for interfacing with an external device, comprising: a main substrate having multiple optical waveguides and an electric wire which are formed to be exposed to an end of a connector for interfacing with an external device, and which are extended to the inside; and an integrated module which is mounted in the main substrate and includes a light source to exit light through the optical waveguides, an optical detector to receive the light transmitted from the outside through the optical waveguides, an optical transmitting unit to drive the light source, an optical receiving unit to process a signal outputted from the optical detector, and a signal processing unit to control the light transmitting unit and process the signal received by the optical receiving unit, wherein the signal processing unit, the optical receiving unit, and the optical transmitting unit are formed as a single integrated circuit chip, and the light source and the optical detector are mounted on the single integrated circuit chip in an on-chip type. According to the present invention, the microform factor photoelectric module of an electronic device for interfacing with an external device can have a simple and slim structure and also have a short electric connection route, thereby suppressing parasitic elements.
