The present invention relates to a gap control fuel door device comprising a door neck (100) on a side panel (S) of a vehicle to be rotated in a lateral direction; and a fuel door (200) mounted on the door neck (100) to be vertically rotated. Thus the gap control fuel door device reduces repair costs by rotating the fuel door (200) to remove a gap between the side panel (S) and the fuel door (200); and improves the external appearance, the marketability, and the usability of the vehicle.
