PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporation fuel purge device, in which a check valve having an umbrella-shaped part as a valve body is used, having an excellent durability of the valve body.SOLUTION: An evaporation fuel purge device includes: a fuel flow passage 130 provided in a body part 110; a valve 150 for opening/closing the fuel passage 130; a check valve 171 for inhibiting a backflow of an evaporation fuel in the fuel flow passage 130; and a filter 180A arranged on the downstream side of the check valve 171. The check valve 171 includes an umbrella-shaped valve body 171a having flexibility, and the fuel flow passage 130 is opened/closed by the bending of the valve body 171a according to a pressure difference between the front and the back of the valve body 171a. At the filter 180A, a regulation part 181a is provided in an integral manner for regulating the bending amount of the valve body 171a at the opening time of the check valve 171 to a predetermined amount. |
