PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded magnet rotor which ensures the output torque of a motor, while constituting a rotor core of a plurality of split cores.SOLUTION: An embedded magnet rotor 4 includes a rotor core 40 constituted cylindrically of ten split cores 41 arranged in the circumferential direction, and ten permanent magnets 42 embedded in the ten split cores 41, respectively. The permanent magnet 42 provided in each split core 41 is arranged to face the permanent magnet 42 provided in an adjacent split core 41, in the circumferential direction of the rotor core 40, while facing the same pole. Between the permanent magnets 42, 42 facing the same pole, the boundary part B between adjacent split cores 41 is located. |
