The present invention discloses a graphene optical device. The optical device includes a lower clad having a trench; a plurality of optical waveguides extended on the lower clad in a first direction and separated in the trench; and an optical modulation unit inserted into the trench in a second direction which intersects at the first direction and modulate an optical signal transmitted through the optical waveguides.
